Care Ministry

Ministry Objective

Soma's Care Ministry exists to invest spiritually, emotionally and physically into the lives of those connected to our local body.

Vision Statement

Matthew 25:35, 36 and 40b states:
“For I was hungry and you gave me food; I was thirsty and you gave me drink; I was a stranger and you took me in ; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited me; I was in prison and you came to Me. In as much as you did it unto one of the least of these my brethren, you did it unto Me.”

Our passion is to live this scripture out in our daily lives with the compassion and love that Christ has demonstrated to us through His Spirit.  We believe in the healing power of prayer.  We believe that Jesus can heal us spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

Isaiah 53:5 says:
”But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.”
